Who We Are
Soft Rivox Tech is a Manchester-based software and marketing company. We build custom web applications, mobile apps and bespoke CRM and HRM systems for UK businesses, and we run the search, paid and social campaigns that bring people to them.
Most businesses buy those two things from two suppliers: an agency that markets and a developer that builds. The handover between them is where budgets leak and timelines slip, because neither party owns the outcome. We do both, which means the person building your system and the person marketing it answer to the same roadmap.
We work in-house rather than subcontracting development. That is not a philosophical position — it is why we can give you a fixed quote instead of an estimate that drifts, and why a question about your system gets answered by someone who wrote it.
Everything we build is transferred to you at handover: source code, repositories, hosting accounts, domain registrar access and advertising accounts, all in your name. If we ceased trading tomorrow your systems would keep running and any competent developer could pick them up from the documentation. Agencies that keep client work in agency accounts are protecting their revenue, not your continuity.
We work with startups, scale-ups and established SMEs across the UK, and we run projects remotely as standard. Most of our clients we have never met in person and it makes no difference to delivery. Where an on-site discovery workshop genuinely helps, usually when we are mapping a process nobody has written down, we travel for it.
The last thing worth saying is the least commercial: we turn work down. If an off-the-shelf product fits your process, if your hiring problem is a job description rather than a sourcing problem, or if your site does not need the traffic you are about to pay for, we will say so on the call.

Your data stays in the UK unless you ask otherwise, which keeps GDPR, retention rules and subject access requests straightforward to answer.
Fixed quotes, not drifting hours
We scope the work properly and then quote a fixed price for it. You are not billed for our estimating mistakes halfway through a build.
